Terms of Service

The rights, obligations and liability boundaries that apply when you use ecocsign.com.

1. Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to ecocsign.com. The Site is operated by CertCloud Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Site in any way, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the Site.

2. What the Site offers

The Site has two purposes:

  • Information — research-oriented material on eCoC compliance, EU 2018/858, XAdES signing and NAP integration, published on the home, solutions, about and blog pages;
  • Consultation intake — the /contact form lets you submit your contact details and situation so one of our consultants can follow up.

The Site is not a SaaS product and no subscriptions or software are sold online. Any substantive advisory work, project delivery or technical implementation is governed exclusively by a separate written contract signed by both parties. Submitting the form alone does not create a consulting contract.

3. Intellectual property

The design, layout, copy, blog articles, illustrations, SVG assets and source code of the Site (excluding third-party dependencies clearly marked as open source) are the copyright of CertCloud Pte. Ltd., protected under Chinese, Singaporean and international copyright law.

Without our prior written consent you may not use Site content for resale, redistribution, commercial training material, AI training corpora or similar purposes. Reasonable citation for research or internal study is permitted provided that you credit the source and preserve the original link.

4. User obligations

When using the Site you agree to:

  • Submit truthful, accurate and complete contact details, and not impersonate any other person;
  • Refrain from spamming the consultation form, running automated submission scripts or otherwise interfering with normal service;
  • Refrain from using crawlers, scrapers or similar tools to harvest Site content at scale;
  • Refrain from including unlawful, infringing, malicious or third-party confidential content in the free-text field.

We may refuse to respond, block the offending IP and pursue legal remedies where any of the above is violated.

5. Informational disclaimer

The blog and research articles on the Site reflect our understanding of regulatory and technical developments in the industry and are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, compliance or investment advice directed at any particular business.

Regulations and member-state implementing measures evolve over time; the latest official texts published by the EU and the relevant competent authorities prevail. If you need a formal compliance opinion tailored to your situation, please engage us under a separate consulting contract so that our consultants can issue findings based on your specific facts.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party resources such as the EU eIDAS QTSP trusted list, member-state NAP technical documentation, EUCARIS, TÜV or other certification bodies.

These links are provided purely as a convenience so that you can reach the original source material. They do not constitute an endorsement by us of the content, availability or underlying organization of those third-party sites, and your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site stable and accessible, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime, absence of errors or perpetual availability.

The Site may become temporarily unavailable or offer reduced functionality due to maintenance, upgrades, migrations, force-majeure events or upstream cloud-provider incidents. In such cases, you may contact us directly at support@trustasia.com.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including lost profits, lost data, business interruption or misaligned compliance decisions) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the information on the Site.

For any free, informational content offered on the Site, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you actually paid to obtain that content (which, where you paid nothing, means zero). This section does not purport to exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Singapore.

The parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Singapore. This choice does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections available in their place of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time as our business and the applicable regulatory environment evolve. Revised Terms take effect when published on this page and the "Last updated" date is refreshed accordingly.

Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, please stop using the Site and contact us at support@trustasia.com.
